Trish Love

Chief Executive & Virtual CFO

Trish is known for practical advice, to free up your cash, time, reduce stress and help you understand beliefs and actions around money. An internationally published author on business growth and money mindset, she can be your “as needed” CFO, to make your numbers better. We don’t need to also be your year end accountant if you love your existing one. Trish is available as your key note speaker on money or business growth topics, She created the L2G Business Leadership Programme and lead facilitator of their international business retreats.

When she’s not working Trish hangs with Craig and their four kids. There are normally a few extras at the house and when she gets the time she loves keeping active, writing, reading, meditating and watching sport. She would love to help as many people as possible understand what is holding them back financially and to achieve their version of W.E.A.L.T.H™.

Remi Pearce

Senior Accountant & Virtual CFO

Remi has been with Love for Grow for over 11 years working with small and medium businesses. As well as preparing year end financials, tax returns and providing business guidance, he is a Xero and Systems wizard and with a background in Mathematics is well-placed to be your ‘numbers guy’.

In his spare time, Remi enjoys playing board games with friends, hanging out with his cats and drinking coffee.

With 4+ years of experience overseeing operations at Love to Grow, Gillian plays a key role in optimizing workflows, managing resources, and ensuring seamless day to day operations while focused on driving efficiencies, improving internal processes and enhancing team collaboration to maintain high service standards, firm growth and client satisfaction.

In her spare time, Gillian enjoys spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her pet and painting.

Anu prepares client’s financial statements, and enjoys considering the ways to effectively manage their tax payable to best advantage. She is also keen on working on business development strategies with clients to achieve their financial goals and prepare the necessary management reports to aid decision-making.

Anu has more than 14 years’ experience working in the New Zealand chartered accounting sector dealing with small to medium sized businesses.

Anu’s academic background in Behavioural Science fuels her passion to really listen to the client’s stories, to respect their values and gain a better understanding of their needs.

Anu has migrated to New Zealand from Sri Lanka. She is engaging in community projects throughout the community during her spare time. She loves painting, writing and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Let's talk

Kirsty works as an accountant and loves bookkeeping, preparing GST returns, as well as year end Financial Statements and Tax Returns. She has a number of years’ experience working in business both as an accountant and also a Business Analyst.

She is a busy Mum to 3 daughters and when she is not playing tennis or volunteering at Riding for the Disabled, she really enjoys watching the girls play sport and hang out with the family.

Jennah Love

Jennah helps out with administration and accounting work and is one of the team members likely to first greet you when you visit. She has previously worked in varying retail and au pair work in Paris, Casablanca and Melbourne. She has grown up with Love to Grow, including assisting with filing and client functions since her early teens.
She loves hanging out with friends, playing netball and keeping active with netball, yoga, and long walks.

Kareina helps look after Love to Grow’s bookkeeping and assists with year end administration. She has been around Love to Grow her entire life, starting with us part time filing and helping with client functions since her childhood. She has studied business and environmental areas, had retail, customer support and childcare roles over the years.

She loves hanging out with friends, playing netball, tennis, concerts and travelling.

Keith Newell

Keith came to Love to Grow after careers in a variety of industries including many years as a funeral director. He has a very caring and personable approach which he employs when he requests your year end information or other administration tasks that he does for you.

Keith loves hanging out with friends, travelling, keeping active and is often seen helping transport his grandchildren to their various activities.

Jan-Louise Dahlenberg

Jan Louise does bookkeeping work for busy business owners on the go who want to focus on their own strengths. She loves creating streamlined efficiencies for business owners and assists with organising debtors, creditors and keeps your financials tip top for when you want to check in on your monthly results.

In her spare time Jan-Louise does a lot of volunteer work with the local cinema and business networking groups. She loves reading and hanging out with her life long friends.

Ramanie de Zoysa

Ramanie de Zoysa has over 30 years senior tax and chartered accounting experience. She has worked in a variety of senior roles including Tax Manager at a large accounting firm, a trading bank and Inland Revenue.

Ramanie is equally passionate about commercial enterprise and is an entrepreneur in her own businesses, including Australian based accounting work.

Ramanie and her husband Rudra, lived in Lower Hutt for over four decades before moving to be closer to their adult children in Australia. They are ardent cricket fans, when they are not travelling. With family in many places around the world, they have many valuable international connections.
